A product transfer (or rate switch) is when you get a new mortgage deal with your existing lender, BM Solutions. A remortgage is when you move your entire mortgage to a completely new lender. Product transfers are often faster and cheaper as they typically don’t require new legal work or valuations.

We do not charge a broker fee for a straightforward BM Solutions product transfer. The lender may charge a product fee for the new deal, which can often be added to the loan. We will always make any lender fees clear to you.
